MUSD Holiday Share - Support a Family in Need!

MUSD’s Student and Family Support Services Holiday Share program supports District families in need during the holidays by connecting them with generous donors who adopt families and support them with donations of food, gifts, clothing and other necessities. This year we are making holidays extra special for an estimated 900 students in our community, and we need your support!

There are several ways to support Marana students and families through our Holiday Share program. We are incredibly grateful for your support that brightens the lives of so many in our community! Help us make the holidays extra special for ALL Marana students! 

To distribute gifts before the holidays, donations must be made by December 1, 2024.

• If you enjoy shopping, you can adopt a child with a wish card. Shop from a wish list created by the child.  Older and younger students to choose from. 
• Donate a $25 gift card for a Holiday Meal from Fry’s or Walmart!
• Donate gift cards, new clothes, shoes, and toys for all sizes and ages! 
• Donate money to put towards a child's holiday!

Holiday Share FAQs

Will I be in direct contact with the family? 
No. Any questions should be directed to Jackie Corona. 

How much should I expect to spend on each child? 
Expect to spend an average of $75-$100.  This may include requests for clothes and toys. 

Will I be provided a needs/wants list with sizes of child? 
Yes, this will be provided on a student request form. 

What do I do after I purchase the gifts? 
Place the gifts for each student in a separate new black trash bag with their identification. Optionally, include gift wrap in the bag so that the parents can participate and wrap the gifts. Gift bags must be at the Family Resource Center by December 1. 

What is the deadline to turn in my donations/gifts?
Donations, gift cards and/or gifts must be arranged via Jackie Franco. Gifts must be dropped off at the Family Resource Center no later than Dec. 1.
